Satin Backed Shantung Polyester 56 Wide Sold by the Yard This is for a satin back shantung fabric. Shantung is similar to a dupioni, but it is lighter in weight and has a softer drape. The back of this fabric looks like a traditional satin fabric. This shantung would work for dresses, unstructured jackets, pants and skirts. It would also work as a Special Occasion fabric. It was originally used for the bottom of a gown. I take returns for any reason and pay return shipping in the US only. Monitors vary.
